How to avoid an overloaded inbox:
Too many emails in your inbox? Feeling swamped? Create folders
for messages that relate to the specific projects or topics for ease in
searching and reference. Use meaningful folder names that makes finding
a specific email easy. Use coloured flags (if your email software
supports this) to highlight specific follow-up tasks that relate to each
message. And DO put a spam filter or redirecting filter in place
to limit unwanted and non-work-related emails from interfering with your
attention to work tasks.
