Psalm 46v10: “Be still, and know that I am God;  I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”

Month-end seems to creep up on us so quickly these days.  Not just in our personal lives, but also in our professional lives, it is an extremely stressful time.  There always seems to be so much to accomplish with far too little time to complete everything.  With all the chaotic rushing around to get through everything on our month-end "to do" lists, we often start to feel a little anxious.  It is during this time that I believe God would say to you: 'Be still'.

As you wait on the Lord and are still or quiet for a moment, God will give you the renewed strength that you need to cope.  He will not take the work away, but He will give you ways to work through it so that you will accomplish much more than you expected to.  God is faithful!
