Jeremiah 33 v 3:

'Call to me and I will answer you and tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know.'

 

If you have recently been promoted at work (congratulations!) and are feeling overwhelmed (as if you are in a place where you don't belong or fit) with the new work and added responsibilities, take courage.  The Bible says: 'Call unto me (God) and I(God) will answer you.'   That sounds pretty simple, doesn't it?

So do that today: ask God to give you the wisdom and the ability to cope.  The Bible then goes on to say: 'and I (God) will tell you great and unsearchable things you do not know'. (Unsearchable means:  Beyond search or investigation) God will give you the ability to handle what is set before you, by giving you the wisdom and knowledge that you need.  All you have to do is ask for it, and then believe that He will do it. You will be amazed - in fact, you will even marvel at the wisdom He will give you to excel in your new position.
