Peace in a disordered world

1 Corinthians 14 v 33: 'For God is not the God of disorder, but of peace.' (NIV)

Disorder means: lack of order or regular arrangement, confusion.  Have you ever been in the office and felt like you didn't know if you were coming or going, because there were piles of work everywhere, and you didn't have a clue where to start?  When that happens, take a moment to focus - the Bible says that 'God is the God of peace'.  What does that mean for me as an office professional?   God wants to give me (and you) peace even in the midst of all the chaos at work.  Stop and ask God for His peace.  Disorder is not of God.  Believe me that if you ask God for His peace, He will give it to you and you will get clear direction from Him (Father God) on where to start on the desk. He will gently tell you or lead you with everyday activities such as to where to file documents, or what to say in the correspondence you are typing.  You will be amazed at how God will lead you through ALL the piles of work on your desk, and at how much you will accomplish throughout the day.
